All orders any size ship ground for 8.00 inside the Continental United States. Buyers outside the Continental United States must call for freight quotes. If you need an express shipment please call for a freight quote. All orders ship via UPS, FedEx or Speedee Delivery. All orders ship within 1-2 business days from the day the order is placed. You can expect to see your order within 3-6 business days after it has shipped, depending on your location. Freight under any circumstance is non refundable.
Returns
All returns require approval. You must call our customer service dept at 1-800-377-6552, or e-mail them at sales@carpetstretcher.net to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. We have the right to refuse any return without prior approval. We will only except returns within 10 days of the date you receive your merchandise. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. All merchandise being returned must be sent back at the buyer’s expense. All merchandise being returned must include all manuals, original packaging, and must be in new condition. Please do not write on the original packaging when returning merchandise.
Claims
Any claim for damage, short shipment, misdelivery or defects of the products must be specified by contacting our customer service dept by phone or e-mail. Damages must also be specified in writing with the shipper on the delivery slip. All claims must be made by the buyer at the time of delivery.
Warranties
All items are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. We follow all warranties set by each individual manufacturer.
